Peaceable Adventurers Club

Peaceable Adventurers Club (PAC) is a youth group ministry for children in the first through fourth grades. PAC members meet one Sunday a month to learn about and do community service. Each meeting ends with the group sharing dinner at the church with the middle school and high school youth group.

The theme of PAC is Touching People Jesus Touches, and PAC activities are designed so that children can encounter and serve groups of people that Jesus encourages us to reach out to. For example:

• Creating planters and delivering them to elderly residents of the Campbell Stone Sandy Springs assisted living facility
• Making crosses and packing goody-bags for SSCC's Mexico missionaries
• Working at the Community Action Center stocking shelves while learning about the need for and workings of a community food bank

PAC member Donovan Frost says that he enjoys going to the CAC because he gets to "deliver food to people who don't have anything."
