Bre Barnett

Director of Children’s Ministries

The SSCC staff welcomed Breanna Barnett as our new Director of Children’s Ministry in April of 2023. Bre (for short), comes to Georgia from Baltimore, Maryland, having relocated to Mableton about two years ago. She graduated from Washington Bible College with her BA in December 2012. Bre enjoys playing all card and board games which, in her words, “makes me a very competitive person.”

Bre brings to us years of experience working within Children’s Ministries and partnering with parents to teach children about God’s love. In fact, when asked what she hopes every child takes away from their experiences in church-life, she responded, “That God loves them!” She is passionate and excited to serve others through Children’s Ministry and throughout the community. She is very excited to work with the SSCC family as the Children’s Ministry Director and looks forward to building and fostering relationships.
