Chat ‘n Chews at different restaurants

Attending theater performances

Visiting Gibbs Gardens in north Georgia

Visiting a special exhibit at the Carlos Museum

Attending patriotic and Christmas concerts at other churches

Tours of historic places:  Marietta, Roswell, Alpharetta, and Madison, GA

Tours of SunTrust Park

When we schedule an event, you may make a reservation by signing up in the ThirdAgers book (with an owl on the cover) at the Connect Board.

Do you hear the bells? If not, then you will soon. In any case, it’s time to plan ahead for Christmas. To get in the spirit, mark your calendars for our annual ThirdAgers Christmas event.

Any and all ThirdAgers (SSCC members and guests of any age) are invited to attend Roswell United Methodist Church’s Christmas Concert in their main Sanctuary, Sunday, December 15, at 3:00 PM. Plan to arrive before 2:30 to secure a decent parking space and seat.

You MUST sign up for FREE tickets ASAP, in the ThirdAgers notebook located on the credenza to the left of the Welcome Desk. This year, we are not planning to gather for dinner after the concert. We look forward to seeing your name on the sign-up sheet, and if you have any questions, please reach out to Shelton Blackburn.
