Women’s Chorus is Back and Scheduled to Sing on November 17.
We will sing on November 17. We’ll be singing “A Psalm” by Andy Beck. It’s a joyful, energetic song of thanksgiving- perfect for the season.
Rehearsals will start on Wednesday, October 16 at 6:30 pm and Sunday, October 20 at 8:30 am. They’ll continue for subsequent Wednesdays and Sundays at 6:30 pm and 8:30 am through November 17. On November 17, both groups will meet together at 9:55 in the choir room and enjoy that holy moment when our sound fills the room.
As always, you attend the rehearsals that work for your schedule. Pick and choose the rehearsal days and times that work for you. What is most important is that you are part of the fun of this collaborative effort to make “a joyful noise”.
The most important thing about joining this group is the desire to give it a try. You don’t have to think of yourself as a singer. You don’t have to read music. You don’t have to have any experience. You’re not committing yourself forever – just for this one song. If you like it, you may want to come back next time.
